Yes Removals wants your moving day to go as smoothly as possible. Make use of our moving advice centre to save yourself time on the day.

• I don’t have my completion date yet – can I still book my removal?
Yes! We will book you in, you just need to call us up with that all important date as soon as you know it.

• How far in advance do I need to book?
At Yes Removals we are very flexible and can even carry out removals on the same day. However the more notice you can give us the better. April through to September and weekends are especially busy, call us as soon as you have decided to move home.

• How long will my removal take?
This depends on a number of factors, for example; How big is your move? How far are you moving? Are there any stairs involved in the move? What is the access like at both ends? Any member of our trained quotes team will give you an approximate time scale for your move once you have given us all the information we need.

• What happens if I’m moving long distance and it won’t be completed in one day?
In this situation your experienced removal co-ordinator will draw up a schedule to suit your personal needs. It may be that we can load up your goods the day before the actual move, alternatively the move may be carried out overnight, with delivery arriving at a convenient time for you in the morning. Whatever method is chosen it will be factored into the overall cost.

• Do you disassemble furniture?
Yes! All of our vehicles carry tools. If you need anything dismantled please let us know when asking for your quote.

• Can I leave my clothes in drawers and wardrobes?
Your move will be quicker if you empty out drawers and wardrobes and pack them in boxes. Leaving them full makes them heavier which in turn takes longer to lift and load. Yes Removals can provide you with wardrobe cartons, so you can take your hanging garments straight out of the wardrobe and straight onto the hanger of the carton. Quick and easy and also cuts down on ironing time.

• How do I pay?
Yes Removals accept cheque (which must clear before your removal date), Debit or credit card – which you can pay with over the telephone, or cash. We take a minimal deposit upfront which will be deducted from your final balance which is payable on completion of your move.

• Can you pack my goods?
Yes! We can send a dedicated team of trained professionals to pack your goods the day prior to your move or on the day if you don’t have much to be moved. Please indicate that you require packing when you call us for a quote.

• Do you sell boxes?
Yes! If you don’t wish to take advantage of our packing service we can supply you with low cost boxes and many other top quality packing materials. Ask for an emailed price list when you call for your quote.

• I’m moving office do you hire crates?
Yes! Please indicate that you would like to take advantage of our crate hire service when booking your removal.

• What happens if I have an unusual or very heavy item to move or if my item won’t fit through my door?
